1 General Terms & Conditions

Okay LV An internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. By using our services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to the following terms and conditions.

Users are responsible for staying informed about the legal status of online betting in Bangladesh. Okay LV Applicable international regulations are followed; however, compliance with your local laws remains your own responsibility.

• Users from countries where online gaming is prohibited — including Bangladesh — access our services entirely at their own risk.
• Okay LV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time.
• In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions of these terms, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Okay LV's logo, name, and content are our intellectual property and may not be used without prior permission.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Okay LVOpening an account with - is completely free. However, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of any funds held.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address at the time of registration.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• A copy of your national ID or passport must be submitted for KYC verification.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility; you must not share it with anyone.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Okay LVDeposits can be made easily via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the maximum per single transaction is ৳50,000. Funds are typically credited to your account within minutes.

Full account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it is typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Additional verification may be required in certain cases.

• The payment method used for deposits must match the method used for withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Okay LV- offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before acceptance. Once a bonus is claimed, its associated terms are binding.

The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x the deposit + bonus amount) must be met first.

• Every bonus offer has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Each user is eligible to receive any specific bonus only once.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses incurred within a specified period.
• Violation of bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Okay lv reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting Rules

Okay LV- offers Sports Betting, live betting, and casino gaming. Each market and game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read the relevant rules before placing a bet.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event is called off. If the cash-out option is active, bets may be closed early under specific conditions. In live betting, bets placed with a delay may be rejected.

• Odds are subject to change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is placed are final.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, the affected bet will be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum single bet amounts may vary depending on the event.
• Okay lv's decision on all betting outcomes is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

Okay LVCertain activities are strictly prohibited to keep the platform fair and safe for everyone. Violations will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Manipulating or participating in the fixing of any match or event.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system strategically.
• Attempting to hack the site's security or database.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Okay LV Accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed for investigation. This decision is typically made in cases of rule violations, suspected fraud, or upon request.

Users may also close their account at any time. Submitting a self-exclusion request will block access to the account for the specified period. Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed.

• If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team.
• Any verified balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, Okay LV will determine whether any remaining balance is refunded.
• Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 6 months to permanent exclusion.
